Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChronoMedAI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

ChronoMedAI provides an AI-powered medical document processing platform that creates chronological timelines from medical records. Our service includes:

• Document upload and processing
• AI-powered medical event extraction
• Chronological timeline generation
• Export functionality

ChronoMedAI uses artificial intelligence to extract, organize and summarize information from the records you upload. Chronologies and other outputs are prepared with AI assistance and may contain errors or omissions. Factual statements in any output must be independently verified against the source records.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensure you have proper authorization to upload any documents

Professional Review of AI-Assisted Output

1. You agree that a qualified professional — a person with the training or experience to evaluate the output, who holds any license that applicable law requires for the work — will review each chronology, and will be able to change it, before it is relied on or delivered to anyone.
2. The service requires a chronology to be marked Reviewed before its deliverables can be downloaded. Marking a chronology Reviewed is your confirmation that this review has taken place.
3. Outputs are a work aid for professionals and are not themselves medical or legal advice. No output may be used, without the review described above, as the basis for advice to an individual or for a decision about an individual's diagnosis, treatment, legal rights, insurance coverage, benefits or employment.
4. When you share a deliverable with someone who may rely on it, you will not remove the statement that it was prepared with AI assistance.

Acceptable Use of AI Features

Our service relies on third-party AI models. You agree to use the service only in compliance with the usage policies of those model providers, including Anthropic's Usage Policy, and you are responsible for the use of the service by anyone using your account. Among other things, you may not use the service to: diagnose or treat a patient, or recommend treatment, without a qualified clinician's review; make or recommend insurance, coverage, benefit, employment or legal-status decisions about an individual without a qualified person's review; process records you are not authorized to provide; or attempt to re-identify, profile or surveil individuals beyond the purpose for which the records were provided. We may suspend access for use that violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

ChronoMedAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed as described in Professional Review of AI-Assisted Output above.
