SMS Messaging Terms
If you enroll in SMS-based multi-factor authentication (MFA), the following terms apply to the text messages we send:
- Consent: You voluntarily opt in to SMS MFA by completing phone number verification in your account security settings. You may opt out at any time by switching to authenticator-app MFA or by replying STOP to any message.
- Message content and frequency: Messages contain one-time verification codes sent only in response to your sign-in attempts. Frequency depends on how often you sign in; no marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ChronoMedAI does not charge any fee for SMS messages.
- HELP: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@chronomedai.com, for assistance.
- STOP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS MFA. You will then need to use authenticator-app MFA to sign in.
- Supported carriers: Messages are delivered through major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
ChronoMedAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. Our AI-generated chronologies should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in any legal or medical context.
